Total Rewards Employment Package

Eligibility starts at 30 days after hire date:

401K Plan: Eligibility starts on the first day of the next fiscal quarter following hire date:

  • 401K with match of 50% up to 6% of annual income

(Match eligibility begins after 90 days of full-time employment and is subject to the vesting schedule in the summary plan description.)

Eligibility for the following benefits starts at 90 days after hire date:

  • Annual Reimbursement Limit of $ 5,250.00
    • IB shall provide the employee with education assistance for furthering education and certifications that enhance employee’s job-related skill sets.
    • Must complete course work with a passing grade of a B or higher or the equivalent as such.
    • Reimbursement plan only applies to accredited colleges and universities, and at accredited organizations specializing in job and career related training and must be approved by employee’s direct supervisor.
    • Employee would have the full use of IB lab facilities and equipment for furthering technical education when practical.

Monthly cell phone stipend of $100.00 towards the use of the employee’s personal smart phone for business related use.

Reimbursement will be made for the purchase including applicable shipping and sales tax and up to a maximum total of $200 pursuant to the program requirements.

Employees who refer an individual that is hired will receive a $1,200 wage enhancement less applicable withholdings and pursuant to the program requirements.
